Ten steps of generating set debugging

        The diesel generator set is a power generation device which has the advantages of quick starting, convenient operation and maintenance, less investment and strong adaptability to the environment. The power supply mainly used for various main power sources and emergency power supplies can also be applied to the electric power supply of the electric power propulsion system, and the importance of the power supply is self-evident. Therefore, the commissioning of the generator set before operation is also essential

1. add water 
 turn off the discharge valve first, add clean drinking water or purified water until tank cap, then close the tank cover

2.  Add oil

 

The oil is divided into summer and winter, and different oils are used in different seasons. For diesel engines, add 8 or 11 oil in winter and 14 oil in summer.

 

In the process of adding oil, pay attention to observe the vernier scale until the oil is added to the position where the caliper scale is saturated. Cover the oil cover. Do not add more. Excessive oil will cause the oil to be drained and the oil to burn.

3.Divide into oil and return oil

 

To ensure that the machine's oil intake is clean, it is generally necessary to allow the diesel to settle for 72 hours. Do not insert the oil into the bottom of the cylinder to avoid sucking dirty oil and clogging the tubing.

4.supply  diesel

 

 First loosen the nut on the hand pump and hold the handle of the diesel generator hand pump and pull it evenly until the oil enters the pump.

5.Let Air out

 

Loosen the bleed screw of the high pressure oil pump first, then press the hand oil pump and see the oil and air bubbles in the screw hole overflow until the oil is all in the oil. Tighten the screw.
