If it is missing, fill it up. Pull out the oil gauge to check whether the lubricant is lacking. If it is missing, add it to the required "quiet full" scale, and then carefully check the relevant components for possible hidden troubles. If any failure is found, remove it in time to start up.
2.It is strictly forbidden to start the diesel engine with load. Before starting the diesel engine, pay attention to the output air switch of the generator must be in the off state. After starting the diesel engine of the ordinary generator set, it needs to run for 3-5 minutes at idle speed (about 700 rpm). In winter, the temperature is low, and the idle time should be extended for a few minutes. After starting the diesel engine, you must first observe whether the oil pressure is normal and whether there are any abnormalities such as oil leakage and water leakage. (Under normal circumstances, the oil pressure must be above 0.2MPa). If an abnormality is found, immediately shut down for maintenance.
3.pay attention to observe the working status in operation. In the work of the generator set, there must be a special person on duty, often pay attention to observe a series of failures that may occur, especially pay attention to changes in oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, voltage, frequency and other important factors. In addition, we should also pay attention to having enough diesel. If the fuel is interrupted during operation, it will objectively cause a shutdown with load, which may cause damage to the generator excitation control system and related components.
4.Never stop with load. Before each stop, the load must be gradually cut off, then the output air switch of the generator set must be turned off, and finally the diesel engine should be decelerated to idle and run for about 3-5 minutes before stopping.
